Please arrive 15 minutes early to class. Doors lock at class time to reduce disruption. Please allow extra time for registration on your first visit. Apparel Help us keep our wood floors beautiful by removing your footwear on the tile before walking back to the Treehouse. Our studio is always warm, so please choose fitness wear that you find most comfortable. Equipment We happily provide yoga blocks, sandbags, bolsters and yoga mats. Personal mats are welcome and encouraged. Please use the essential oil based disinfectant to clean studio provided mats after use. Filtered water is available to refill your reusable water bottle. A towel is strongly encouraged, face towels are available for $5. |
The Tree HouseWelcome to our Tree House! Please use this area to store your personal belongings during class. The Tree House serves as a place to cool down if class is too hot or to just enjoy a sip of complimentary tea to relax before class begins. We also provide a water cooler to fill up your reusable water bottle.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in regularly scheduled classes.
