An empowering weekend flow, we will begin with heart-pumping cardio. Then to deepen our connection to our centers we’ll mindfully hold strong standing postures. And of course, with a name like Weekend Warrior, we will have the chance to practice all of the different warrior poses. We’ll include one pound pilates balls in this class.

Yin invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing deep connective tissue. An entirely seated practice, Yin holds poses with props for 3 to 7 minutes. Perfect for anyone wishing to unwind and find peace. All levels welcome.

Start off with an energizing flow connecting your breath with movement to increase overall flexibility and strength. The 2nd half is spent in grounding yin postures held for 3-7 minutes to rejuvenate your connective tissues within.

The class begins with a meditation and centering We will slowly warm the body with seated postures and work up to standing behind the chair for slower paced Sun Salutations. This class will also work with balance and floor postures; with the help of a chair. We will finish the class with a peaceful savasana with essential oils, and a gentle assist with your permission. All levels welcome.

Butts and abs yoga style is a full body, strength-building class. In this low-impact class expect to experience results. Think thigh firming exercises, tightening your glutes, gain arm strength, build your core, all while making your muscles shake.
During warm weather seasons, we offer outdoor yoga in the backyard of our studio.
Embrace mother nature in our backyard. A breeze can deepen your breathing; the warm sun can deepen poses by making muscles more pliable; and a ladybug can invite you to focus on something small and still. Yoga means 'union', and when it is practiced outdoors the union within nature, humanity, and the universe is truly felt. |
